SHIPPING: Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours if received Monday-Thursday before noon (EST) or by the following business day for orders placed after noon Friday thru Monday morning. Shipping times may vary. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping company or carrier nor delays of weather, destination problems, non-delivery or conditions out of our control. We will do everything possible to see to it that your shipments are expedited in a timely manner. Once delivery confirmation has been executed by the postal service, we are no longer responsible for the package
Order processing is through outside secure processors including STRIPE and PAYPAL. Once your order is complete, you will be redirected via secure connection to process your payment. We do not access, copy, store or save your credit card information.
If the item(s) you select for purchase is out of stock, it will ship as soon as stock is available. You will receive an back order notification when you select the item. You may elect to continue with your purchase with or cancel the item. If you complete your purchase, the out of stock item will automatically ship when it becomes available.
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept the return of new un-opened, un-used merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please e-mail: email@example.com and request a return form. Once we have received the package and product in good condition, you will be credited the full amount of your original purchase, less the original shipping charges.
Correspondence If you elect to correspond with us through email, please note that while this is an effective timely communication tool, it is not considered a secure form of communication. Please do not send credit card, sensitive, private or payment information through e-mail messages.
